Darin is a military and law enforcement professional with over 26 years of experience. He started out as a Patrolman with the Town of Stoughton, Ma, where he also served as a member of MetroLEC SWAT. He left there for the Department of Homeland Security, where he conducted counterterrorism operations throughout the world. In addition to being operational, he served as a Tactics and Firearms Instructor, as well as the Operations Officer. In 2018, Darin retired as a GS-14 supervisor.
Darin served in the Massachusetts Army National Guard and the United States Army Reserve for more than 26 years. He worked as an Intelligence Analyst, Military Police Squad Leader and Army Criminal Investigation Command Special Agent (CID Special Agent). Darin retired as a Chief Warrant Officer 3 (CW3) in 2018.
Darin worked as both a Protective Service Agent and Criminal Investigator while assigned to Army CID. He deployed to Afghanistan, Iraq, Guantanamo Bay, CUBA (GTMO) and numerous other locations throughout the world as a Protective Service Agent (PSD) and while assigned to the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) as a CID Special Agent and member of the Department of Defense Criminal Investigation Task Force (DOD-CITF).
